For more than 45 years, Andrew Uronu was recognized as one of the pioneering local safari operators in Tanzania, building Safari Tracks Tanzania Ltd into a respected company known for authentic wildlife expedition, culture experiences and deep knowledge for the country's national parks and conservation heritage. At a time when the safari industry was largely dominated by foreign-owned operators, Andrew established himself as one of the first local safari business owners, gathering thoughts together with Patricia House, creating opportunities for local guides, drivers and hospitality workers while promoting Tanzania's tourism sector on an international level.

Following his passing in 2025, his children chose to honor his vision and lifelong dedication by continuing the family legacy through the recreation and renaming of the company as Andrew Legacy Safaris Ltd, ensuring that his passion for adventure, conservation and Tanzania hospitality would continue for future generation.
